BELTS - Bespoke & Traditional

Made to suit your tastes & style preferences - in whatever waist size you require -

from a 20" or under belt for a youngster to a 50"+ belt for the fuller figured young-at-heart.

As with all the items I make, my belts are made using traditional tools & techniques;

the same way as they would have been made 100+ years ago, when things were built to last.

Buckles are solid brass. Leather is correct full grain hide. Edges are stained and burnished.

Widths available:   1"  -   1 1/4"  -  1 1/2"  -  1 3/4"   -   2"

Average price of a bespoke handmade belt like the ones below is £60

Traditional English, 1 3/4", with solid brass buckle (the same buckle was used on the military 1903 Pattern belt)

"GARRISON" Style Belt
A similar belt to the one above, but with an American WW2 G.I. "Garrison belt" buckle & an extra sliding keeper with brass D-ring

Leather & webbing belt made for Holland & Holland, New York

Made from "Stable Belt" cotton webbing, with leather fittings of Sedgewick bridle leather.

I have a VERY extensive choice of colour variations of stable belt webbing, in a wide range of widths, stripes, shades, etc. from my time making stable belts at the same factory in Jarrow where most of the Barbour brand bags were made; when the factory went into liquidation I bought a lot of the webbing, plus a few small machines.
