Lyman Alaskan - military pattern

In WW2 military service the Lyman Alaskan scope was designated as the M81 or M82 scope, depending on whether it had a post or cross-hair reticle.

These are the same style as the civilian scope caps, but marked with the US Ordnance "flaming grenade" acceptance stamp to reflect military usage.

Again, these can be either neutral leather as per the M73B1 scope caps shown above, or dyed, as shown below.

IMPORTANT NOTE: IF your Alaskan is the version with a sliding sunshade you MUST let me know this when ordering, due to sizes/length differences.
